Sherida stepped into The Bedford College Group as an Executive Director at a very critical time, when our group was bringing together two large further education colleges with very different results, systems and HR cultures. Her pragmatism and creativity, along with her personal qualities and genuine care for a nervous workforce ensured teams were brought together effectively in line with our plans.
