Hi, I’m Sherida — founder of Platinum People Solutions.
Based in Bedford, I’m passionate about supporting local SMEs to navigate the complexities of people management and employment legislation. I know that running a business isn’t easy, especially when you’re trying to keep up with ever-changing employment rules. My aim is to make sure business owners feel confident, protected, and supported — and that their people feel the same.
With over 20 years’ senior experience across sectors including manufacturing, logistics, education and professional services, I combine strategic insight with hands-on, practical support. I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and hold a MA in Strategic HRM — but more importantly, I focus on real-world solutions that work for you.
All support is delivered by me directly, with a genuine commitment to understanding your business and creating tailored, effective solutions that help both your people and your organisation thrive.

When I’m not immersed in people strategy, I’m often out in the garden (with mixed results but plenty of enthusiasm), or by the coast with a camera in hand, attempting to capture the calm and beauty of nature. I expect that’s where my love of seeing things grow and develop really comes through — both in and out of work.
